Exclusive: Patricia Vonne shares video for new song ‘Lil Lobo’
Singer-songwriter Patricia Vonne has shared the video for the song "Lil Lobo" from her forthcoming album "Top of the Mountain."
The video features co-writer Joe King Carrasco, and it was shot at his ranch in Llano. Vonne's brother, Marcel Rodriguez, shot the video, and she edited it.
"The song is about the challenges of dating in the online age," she said through her publicist. "You have to watch out for wolves!"
"Top of the Mountain" is out May 25 on Bandolero Records. Musicians on the album include guitarists Joe Reyes and David Grissom and bajo sexto player Max Baca. In addition to Carrasco, Vonne co-wrote songs with Alejandro Escovedo, Willie Nile, Steven Medina Hufsteter of the Cruzados and her longtime songwriting partner Robert LaRoche.
